The European Regional Development Fund, in association with the Department for Communities and Local Government and Ngage have extended the scope of the Eco Innovation Grant Fund, to include:

  • ISO14001 accreditation
  • Development of an EMS
  • Environmental consultancy including environmental assessment
  • Carbon footprinting
  • Developing a CSR policy; and
  • Greening supply chains.

This means that you can apply for a grant of between £1,000 and £3,000 towards the development of an environmental product, service or business process, provided you are able to match fund the remaining 70%. The grants are open to small to medium sized business across the South East of England.

This is good news for you if you’re looking for support in implementing a new environmental or CSR programme, and good news for us as this kind of thing is right up our street!
